Students from the NC Beauty course attended a Christmas Fair to give some relaxing hand and arm massages. The Fair raised £682 which will be used to provide services and support for those with serious sight loss living in Fife. |

Students and staff from the Care department took part in a Zumba night at St Brycedale Campus, Kirkcaldy in aid of Wild Hearts charity and raised £80. Well done guys!

Students from the Adam Smith Business Club raised £1,203.33 for charity Cruse Bereavement Care Scotland (CBCS). The group raised the money by holding a race night and staging other fundraising activities.
The group of students who are all studying a range of business qualifications also gave up their spare time and holidays to work as volunteer consultants and put their new business skills to good use. |

Students and staff went the extra mile for Sport relief! NC Business students raised a fantastic £405.25! by making up their mile, walking running and swimming whilst College staff took part in the Beveridge Park Sport Relief mile and raised a whopping £931.50.
That’s a total of £1,336.75 for Sport Relief!

NQ Workskills had a fun time raising money for the Clued Up Project. They raised £370 by organising various games and competitions including beat the goalie, caricature drawing, raffles, all held in the Atrium, St Brycedale Campus.

On Thursday 26 April Preparing to Care students at St Brycedale Campus had a Crazy Hair and Pyjama Day to raise money for Rachel House and raised £80.

Students on the NC Early Education and Childcare course at Stenton Campus had a Tombola and Cake sale on Tuesday 8 May and raised a fantastic £206 for little Kianna Martin.

The General Skills groups took part in a sponsored walk over the Forth Road Bridge to raise money for Cancer Research. The walk which was planned and organised by the students raised over £400.

Adam Smith College Sound Production students helped organise and produce a music event for local girl Ellis Gay and her family. The event raised in excess of £7000. |

S3 Kirkland Hospitality Skills for Work Class had a charity day for the Maggie’s Centre. They had to plan and organise an event for their units. They arranged a cake sale and lunch which raised around £140 for the charity.

NQ Hospitality Event students raised £160 for the Make a Wish charity by organising and hosting a lunch event at the Training Restaurant, Stenton Campus.

Students from the Army Preparation Course took to climb Ben Lawers to raise enough money to sponsor a display case in the redeveloped Black Watch Museum at Balhousie Castle in Perth.

Students from our Introduction to Creative Arts course sold a range of Christmas cards and other goodies they designed and made – all proceeds went to Macmillan Cancer Support. |

The last day of term saw College staff join together for Christmas carols, mince pies and festive cheer. The event raised a fantastic £500 through donations which was presented to Maggie’s by Bob Cunningham, on behalf of the College Association.
