This course will help you become a professional in the field of Architectural Technology and equip you with the necessary skills to embrace the new and exciting challenges and initiatives continually being developed in the ever changing Construction industry. Sustainability is a key theme running throughout the programme and you will contextualise sustainable construction techniques to resolve project based problems. You will work both individually and in teams to learn the communication and negotiation skills that are valued within the Construction industry. You will work in both classroom and a studio environment with industry standard hardware and software and will be encouraged to be creative and innovative by challenging existing views to develop new solutions. You will graduate with highly valued technical and professional expertise that is sought after by an ever-increasing range of businesses and design disciplines. You will acquire a deep knowledge of the subject area combined with problem solving and communication skills that will allow you to work effectively with other members of a building team and continue to advance your career.
