Introduction to Digital Photography

Bring your own camera and learn how to download photos to the computer, use folder management and basic manipulation techniques. For example red eye removal, crop touch up etc.

Software used: Adobe Photoshop 6, Microsoft Photo Editor, Microsoft Word and Picasso 2.

What You Study

  • How to use your digital camera
  • Transferring images
  • Understanding camera menu options
  • Transferring using a USB cable and/or memory card reader
  • Sending photographs as attachments via e-mail
