Diploma Level 3 Stress Management

SCQF Level 6

Stress affects all aspects of our existence. The main objective of this course is to provide a set of techniques designed to recognise stress patterns and understand how to manage them better. it concentrates on practical application and enables therapists to evaluate, understand and help themselves, as well as to provide advice to clients. A work placement experience/assessment is mandatory.

Duration and Attendance

 One Year Full-time

Entry Requirements

  • Anatomy and Physiology at Level 3 or above
  • Health and Safety at Level 3 or above

AND

  • Three x Level 3 Holistic Therapy qualifications

Further Study

Progression to Degree Level (1st or 2nd year)
