HND Construction Management
HNC/D Construction Management has been designed to provide you with all the knowledge and understanding you need to go out and start a career in Construction. It is also for you if you are already working in the industry, to act as a way of gaining promotion.
During the first year of HND Construction Management you will achieve all the units necessary for the HNC Construction award.

Duration and Attendance
- HNC – Two Years Part-time Day Release
- HND – Two Years Full-time
Entry Requirements
One of the following:
- 1 Higher in a relevant subject and 4 Standard Grades at Grade 3 or above with must include Maths
- NQ Built Environment
- Industrial experience or other qualifications will be considered on an individual basis
AND
- Applicants attendance at an information session followed by an individual interview
- A Personal Statement must be submitted with any application
- Reference will be considered prior to any offer being made
