HND Legal Services

SCQF Level 8

Fife's only Legal Services HNC/D, this course offers a variety of prospective career paths, most notably a future in the legal industry, but also access to professions such as management, finance and business.

Duration and Attendance

  • HNC – One Year Full-time or Two Years Part-time

Saturday morning accelerated learning is also available for HNC, with flexible start dates throughout the year.

  • HND – Two Years Full-time or Three Years Part-time

This course is offered as a one year HNC or two year HND. Entry requirements are the same for both.

Entry Requirements

One of the following:

  • 1 Higher in a relevant subject and 4 Standard Grades at Grade 2 or above
  • NC Business 5 with Level 6 options
  • Industrial experience or other qualifications will be considered on an individual basis
