Work Experience

All students will be asked to give consent for a criminal record check to be carried out by Disclosure Scotland. No placement experience can be organised without a satisfactory report.

One Year Full-time

One of the following:

• 4 Standard Grades at Grade 2 or above, English and Numeracy preferred
• 4 Intermediate 2 courses at Grade C or above
• Pre-access to Nursing/Introduction to Childcare - pass at Intermediate 2 or above
• Applicants without formal qualifications will be expected to demonstrate the ability to work at Higher level

AND

• Attendance at group information session
• Positive reference

• Nursing or Midwifery Degree
• HNC Health Care
• HNC Social Sciences
• HNC Social Care

Employment in a variety of Health and Social Care settings.
