NQ Intermediate 2 Professional Cookery

SCQF Level 5

If you are progressing from a first year catering programme or are already experienced, this course will help you build on your skills and knowledge and further prepare you for a career in the Hospitality industry.

Entry Requirements

One of the following:

  • NQ Catering to include 12 SQA units at Intermediate 1 or above
  • Industrial experience or other qualifications will be considered on an individual basis
