NQ Intermediate 1 Skills for Holiday Representatives / Cabin Crew

SCQF Level 4

If you are inspired by a career in the Travel and Tourism industry and enjoy a challenge then this is the course for you. This course will give you a good grounding in the essential skills you require. These skills can be transferable to all areas of Customer Services.

Duration and Attendance

  • One Year Full-time
  • Part-time Study Available

Entry Requirements

One of the following:

  • 4 Standard Grades at Grade 5 or above
  • Industrial experience or other qualifications will be considered on an individual basis
