If you are inspired by a career in the Travel, Hospitality and Events industry and enjoy a challenge then this course will give you a good grounding in the essential skills you require. These skills are relevant and transferable to all areas of Customer Service.
For some visits a valid passport is required.

Duration and Attendance
Entry Requirements
One of the following:
- 4 Standard Grades at Grade 5 or above
- Industrial experience or other qualifications will be considered on an individual basis
AND
- Successful Taster Day and Interview
- Satisfactory Personal Statement
- Satisfactory Reference
