The course covers everything from looking at management skills to working for the best interests of the customers. Duration and Attendance
3 days ¿ 0930 to 1430 hours
Expectation of completing a six week work placement is part of this course requirement.
Entry Requirements
- Communication, Numeracy and Information Technology at Access 3 level
OR
- Previous work or life experience will be considered but the ability to perform at Access 3 level in the areas above is required.
